Barnet Associates Financial Services provides financial consulting and appraisal services. We assist management and owners in developing professional financial presentations for prospective investors, providing negotiating support for acquiring or selling businesses, conducting business appraisals in compliance with Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Service Code and FAS 123R for financial reporting requirements, assisting CEO’s and CFO’s in reviewing and understanding appraisals. We prepare appraisals for owners of private companies and attorneys for estate and gift tax reporting and consult with attorneys and their clients on a variety of business valuation issues. We certify our appraisals as being in compliance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and with the American Society of Appraisers BV standards. |
